Role : Assistant Project Manager

The role consists of driving to project sites to assess opportunities for renovations and equipment installation. Duties include measuring, overlooking, and discussing potential/ongoing projects with the Project Manager. The split between time in the office and in the field varies week to week with the number of projects needing attention per day/week. Please note that All Access Co will provide car/gas, and the starting pays $18/hour, which will increases after a 3 month training period to the full $22/hour. Health insurance and paid vacation benefits will be provided at this point.

Duties:

- Coordinate and overlook small projects (bathrooms, kitchen renovations etc) in communication with project manager.

- Assess/Measure new projects

- Guide contractors based on plans and scope of work

- Help contractors find necessary materials

- Order materials

- Coordinate with project manager regarding necessary permits for the projects

- Follow up on projects after completion to verify customer’s satisfaction

Requirements :

Basic Microsoft Office

Residential construction knowledge and experience

Drivers License

Attractive Qualities :

Able to measure large home equipment

Spanish (language)

Property assessment experience

Experience in bathroom modifications

Experience in medical equipment

Plumbing experience is a plus

Electric experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
